Back to archery after COVID-19

As we all follow the Government and Archery GB guidance to begin a return to “normal” club meetings and activities, there are bound to be concerns, anxieties and worries. This is only to be expected, we have all been under lockdown, and the charity MIND have put together some advice for all people who may have any, even the slightest, concern about returning to archery. Click on the link and you can see their advice about returning to sports clubs.

Now, Griffin Archers will comply with all safety requirements, cleaning processes and have a current risk assessment in place detailing all of this. All members will be advised of personal requirements and measures that the club and venue are taking for their safeguarding.

Please remember that sporting gatherings are exempt from some of the rules, but as soon as the sport or individual is not active the rules for social gathering comes into place
